Please invest on new towels . It was terrible . It is not worthy of your great hotel

The location is the best and you feel like you are in the leap of the beautiful city Yerevan

Despite of rooms mein available and request for an early checkin by 1:30hours they let us wait and expected us to pay 50% or the charge

Fantastic stay! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Yerevan with easy access to shops and restaurants. The room and facilities were spotless. The only small downside was that lunch and dinner aren't available on-site, but with so many dining options nearby, it wasn’t a major issue. Highly recommend!

Our stay in North Avenue was one of the best experiences so far. One can't complain about anything. Although it is a central place, the sound isolation was amazing. The view was breathtaking. The best cafes and restaurants are all around. The hotel was sparkling clean. The beds are comfy and clean. The check-in and out was easy and smooth. I would like to mention the stuff attentiveness. ALISA and DAVID , special thanks to you!!! We will definitely come back here for the next time.See you soon. You are doing great, continue like this

It was perfect, i stayed 10 nights and every thing was awesome starting from best location to the friendly staff such as Elisa at front disk, lily the manager and other who always great you.

Wonderful staff, very attentive. Great location and value.

Cheating people. I was promised with a king size bed but in the room its two single bed kept together. They insisted me to stay there or to cancel the booking from my side. I paid for two full nights and with cancelling the cooking nothing refunded to me.

The location was really amazing, Night life outside the hotel was super good It was really nice to roam around inside the city , especially around the hotel location

The room was allocated to some other guest and they tried to come inside our room in the middle of the night It was actually a mistake happened from the receptionist It was really scary and informed the hotel manager But they didn't accept our compensation offer

To start with, the location of the place is definitely its biggest bonus – right in the center of Yerevan, close to a major part of the sights. As most of the businesses and government buildings are also located in the center, the location is a great bonus. Some 5 to 15 minutes walk, and you are already where necessary. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the rooms were cleaned daily, and as a tenant, you have access to the pool and sauna. You just need to tell them in advance about the sauna so they can turn it on. During my stay, it was like a private spa for me as there was no one else in there. The Wi-Fi was stable and did not have any issues with that.

And now to the negatives that disappointed me. I initially booked a standard room, as the pictures do not quite show the number. It is a really small room that does not even have a table. As I was there for business purposes and had no intention of working in bed with a laptop for the whole period of my stay, I upgraded to the deluxe room, which was of a typical hotel room size. The sound insulation in the room is below any expectations, which is due to the window quality. I would say it is like you do not have any windows. You will hear everything that takes place outside—all the cars passing by, music playing, people laughing, etc. You would not be able to get a normal sleep in the evening, not to mention if you decide to take a nap in the middle of the day. I've never complained about hearing sensitivity in my sleep, but even I had to go to the drugstore to get earplugs. The temperature in the room has no comfort mode. You will be either freezing due to the air getting from the windows that cannot be closed tight, or you will be feeling yourself slowly cooking. The temperature in the room with turned-on conditioning reached 30 degrees (the temperature sensor in the hall of the hotel on the 3rd floor showed it was 31 degrees there). You have to either open a window so that the cold air enters the room so that you will have cold feet and a hot head or constantly turn on or off the conditioning. The hotel's air conditioning system is general, so you cannot control the temperature of the air. Neither the standard room nor the deluxe room had bathroom floor heating. The breakfasts in the hotel are totally not worth it. The choice of breakfast food is extremely limited and fits on the two small tables. If I had been travelling with my kids, they would have been left hungry. The breakfast price when booking the room is EUR 16,00, and I reassure you that for the amount, you can get a significantly better choice just outside the hotel.

The rooms are extremely small , when we reach the hot water was not working so we had to shower with freezing cold water , it only came like 6-7 hours later

If i should write one negative, it would be that in breakfast there was not a big variety of food cooked on the same day. There should be more variety of food ( note that everything was fresh, bread, eggs etc) like fried eggs. Not so important however because you could find other things to eat.

The location is great, right on northern avenue. The restaurant at the ground floor is a great option for dinner (not excellent for breakfast though). The cleaners were doing an amazing job everyday. Want to thank them for that.

The room was ok but nothing special for the price. Overall the hotel is extremely hot. The heating is turn up at 35 degree and it is impossible to reduce in common areas (we asked but they were being very sarcastic at our request). We were really struggling with it. The room also was either sauna or a fridge. The bathroom was smelly. Breakfast not particularly variated. No bar, no amusement. For the price you can get much better in surrounding hotels.

The hotel is nice and located in a Center area, which is very convenient to go anywhere. The toilet was not cleaned prop
